Since 2008, the Chillventa testimonial has been at the heart of the visual concept for the world’s leading trade fair for refrigeration technology. Both the industry and society have moved forward a lot since then. That’s why the updated brand identity for the trade fair is intentionally in step with the times – innovative, dynamic design meets a brand ambassador who confidently and professionally represents the international hub for experts in refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation and heat pumps.

what was the task?

“Connecting Experts” is more than just a motto for Chillventa – it’s both the mission and what sets the trade fair apart. The event brings together specialists from all over the world. With the brand refresh, the focus shifted fully to this sense of community, positioning the fair as the industry’s top platform and the go-to event for refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pump technology. The aim was to evolve the existing design so it felt modern and dynamic, without losing the original spirit – across every channel: from print and digital to moving images and, of course, live on site at the fair. Chillventa takes centre stage here as brand ambassador – confidently cool, but always approachable and engaging, she embodies everything the fair stands for.

how we made it shine

For the brand refresh, we put the spotlight firmly on jade as the key colour, with brand ambassador Chillventa as the central visual and testimonial for instant recognition. The design is purposely clean and pared-back – modern, but not just following trends – for a look that’s both timeless and strong.

Stepping in as the new face of Chillventa, Farina Fichtner-Zenker brought the brand to life. She stood out in a wide-ranging casting among presenters with modelling experience, fluent in both German and English. Her starring role came together during the video and photo shoots live at the trade fair. Styling by Katalyn Kiss and hair and make-up by Anna Ploch completed the look, while photographer Stefanie Aumiller captured it all with a sense of style and impact.

Theim led the project from start to finish – from creative concept and brand rollout to model shortlist and booking, plus all the video and photo production and the on-site delivery.

A new Chillventa that’s convincing in every way. Professional, assured, cool – and always approachable – she brought the concept and new brand identity to life: in interviews, across social media and, of course, right at the selfiewall. We’ve been lucky enough to support and help shape Chillventa for 20 years – a partnership built on trust and excitement that’s still going strong. As an established team, Theim and the client delivered the new brand identity with real precision – from the very first workshop, through concept, casting and design, all the way to the photo and video production.
